Does GOMO load and sim expire?

The answer is yes and no….

When you buy the “No Expiry Load”, the data allocation doesn’t expire as long as the sim is active.

It is still required for you to have at least one paid transaction within a year to avoid deactivation of your GOMO SIM Card. It means that you need to buy any type of load before one year from your last purchase.

Follow the instructions below to set the 6 digit pin for your GCash Card.

  1. Login to the GCash App.
  2. Select Profile (Located on the lower right corner of the mobile app).
  3. Select My Linked Accounts.
  4. Select GCash MasterCard then select your specific card.
  5. Select Set Pin or Reset Card Pin.
  6. Enter your new 6 digit pin.

Remember that the 6 digit pin is for your GCash Card and not the GCash account. You would still use the old 4 digit pin to access your account.
